(Nashville, Tn.)  Dr. Bernard Singleton and his research mentees Sean Wilson, along with Tequila Richard attended the Annual Biomedical Research Conference for Minority Students (ABRCMS Scientific Conference 2013), which some compare to the Olympics for student scientific research.  Having over 3,000 in attendance, and competing against over 1,700 other students nationwide, this was clearly one of the largest and most important scientific conferences in the country.
